Important Hotel Information
- Please note this information regarding the hotel shuttle: from December 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009 the fee to the port of Miami (no pickup at port) is 6 per room based which includes 1-4 persons, 10 per additional person. All other dates are free based on two persons per room and 10 per additional person. This also includes transportation only to the port, no return pickup.

This was probably the worst hotel experience that I've ever had. First of all, don't let the pictures they show fool you. The place is more of a Motel, with an all night Latin Club attached. So you have the Latin club crowd all over the parking lot and lobby all night. Secondly, the staff was mostly absent, then not very helpful. The main reason I picked this place was the shuttle service to and from the airport and cruiseport. My flight was delayed, and the front desk told me that they stopped the shuttle at 1:30, and good luck. Well, my flight landed at 12:55, I called repeatedly, finally got an answer around 1:20, just to tell me "sorry, we have to go home too, but we have your reservation if you can make it!" We finally made it there, no help from them, and the location is terrible. We didn't feel very safe, and There is nothing convenient anywhere near the Motel, so if you need food, drink, or snack... unless you can mix into the club crowd, you're out of luck. They made a rough start to my vacation.

Stayed here in 3/09 and woke up in the morning with a cockroach the size of a quarter near the ceiling above the bed!! Told them and they did not seem at all surprised! They didn't even say they were sorry.

I won't go back!!! The windows were painted shut - in complete violation of building codes. Staff pretended to go looking for room where window wasn't painted shut. Couldn't find one. The dining room/bar was weird. Nobody seemed to know what was on the menu or even what kind of pizza they had. The bar/dining room was large but there couldn't have been more than six people in the entire place. Should tell a person something, I suppose. We ordered pizza delivered. Not bad/not great. Directions they gave me to the rental car drop off were terrible. We were lost for 30 minutes before we got it straight. Airport signage in Miami is terrible!!!! Don't care if I ever go back. Our destination - Key Largo - on the other hand was wonderful.
