  The hotel was excellent. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a minor medical emergency while there and the staff was outstanding in their assistance. We would love to stay here again and probabaly will.

• Expected better from a Howard Johnson

  We booked this expecting a better class of motel. this was definitely not the case.furnishings were tired and seats of chairs in the room and breakfast area were soiled. ...

  We booked this expecting a better class of motel. This was definitely not the case.Furnishings were tired and seats of chairs in the room and breakfast area were soiled. Continental breakfast was a joke, consisting of two types of mini doughtnuts and cereal which were not replenished.Orange juice was undrinkable and the coffee was cold and weak. All the food was taken away by 9 oclock dead.We were charged $1.50 for the inroom safe whether we used it or not. Pool furnishings old and tired and hot tub was not hot. For the price we felt very overcharged.

  When i spotted the name howard johnson, i expected a pretty nice place. i was disappointed. the continental breakfast translated to a few mini-donuts, two types of cereal, milk, ...

  When I spotted the name Howard Johnson, I expected a pretty nice place. I was disappointed. The continental breakfast translated to a few mini-donuts, two types of cereal, milk, coffee and juice. We had to ask for coffee for the in room coffee maker only to discover it did not work. The weather channel, important when considering hiing at the Grand Canyon, was the only channel on the TV that did not work. We had significant problems communicating with the front desk staff. I certainly will not stay here again.

  We eventually did not stay here, because the neighborhood didn't feel comfortable, the pool was out of order, staff was oke. would not recommend this motel in williams.
