  My husband and i made reservations through online travel to stay at this hotel for one night because it was very close to the wachovia arena where the pbr (rodeo) ...

  my husband and i made reservations through online travel to stay at this hotel for one night because it was very close to the wachovia arena where the pbr (rodeo) was. upon arrival the parking lot was not only covered in garbage, but they hadnt plowed the snow so we had to walk through both just to get in. i had called before we left our house that morning to find out what time check in was and they said 1:00pm...we got there after 3:00pm and they said none of the rooms were clean and that the room i already "should have had reserved" was taken!!! needless to say we ended up leaving and staying at the holiday inn a few minutes up the road from the red roof inn and we were taken right in and treated wonderfully! DONT STAY AT THE RED ROOF INN....YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!!!

  I booked online and was extremely disappointed when i arrived. i had traveled 7 hrs to a run down hotel that i wouldn't feel safe in. it was dirty ...

  I booked online and was extremely disappointed when I arrived. I had traveled 7 hrs to a run down hotel that I wouldn't feel safe in. It was dirty and smelled of animals. Even the light switches were filthy. Needless to say I didn't stay. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that the staff at the front desk very courteous
