10/19/08....The reception desk and check in were fine, but while waiting, calls were coming in for TVs broken, someone needed towels and when we got to our room, the TV remote did not work, no batteries. The desk had none and no extra remotes that worked. The elevator was dirty, the room was OK, but small even with a full kitchen. A bare bathroom with only towels, no soap, no hair dryer, shampoo, etc. The water had a strong, terrible clorine taste. No wake up calls were available. We had an early flight the next morning and were glad to be there for only one night. The only nice things I can say is that the receptionist was pleasant and apologetic and the room seemed clean, but we would never stay there again.

Walls are paper thin, someone in next room takes a shower ,truly sounds like there in your room, hear TV'S going all night long. This was the noisest hotel I have ever stayed at. Was a long sleepless night. No hair dryer in bathroom, no wake up calls, soap was the only amenity given. Will never stay at another Extended Stay, certainly not worth the money.
