I was really tired when I got to the hotel, and was thankful they had a a room. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The lobby was nice and modern, they had a little refrigerated case for pre-made sandwiches, yogurt, etc for purchase at all hours. I found my room was huge. It had 2 double beds and a large sitting area. It was perfectly clean. The room had a data station where you could plug in any number of devices, a 40" tv. The bathroom was a little small, but the sink/vanity were outside of it in the main area of the room. The bed was super comfortable. And the wifi worked well. All-in-all a good stay. I would definitely stay again.

I was skeptical with the price and some of the negative reviews listed here, so I decided to check-in early to give myself the chance to reserve somewhere else just in case. As soon as I walked in hotel I was greeted with friendly smile and had room keys within 2 minutes. My wife has a bloodhound nose and the hotel passed her test. One elevator had funk smell but it was in process of being cleaned, and then smell was gone. Entire facility is non-smoking, and generally smelled fresh. Room was clean, spacious, awesome layout that works for leisure and business alike. Flat panel TV has easy-to-access connections beside desk to plug in laptop, dvd players, gaming consoles, HDMI, etc. The 7-yr old loved the sleeper sofa with rolling ottoman, I liked the mini-bar area with small sink and fridge (no honor bar), wife loved the soft fresh pillows. The windows had both sheer and opaque curtains - typical in most hotels nowadays. bathroom had plenty of big towels, hot water arrived within seconds. toilet was loud when flushed (but it did the job). Iron and board in closet, coffeemaker stocked with coffee. Icemakers only on levels 2 and 5. Indoor pool was clean, modest in size. Free continental breakfast had fruit, yogurt, bread, english muffins, bagels, cereals, milk and juices, with options for starbucks coffee, french toast, omelets, etc. for extra. Area was cramped on Sunday AM. Bar, sandwich, salad, dessert selections are limited, but not much reason to have a full-service restaurant in a hotel competing with all the other restaurants in such close proximity to Valley View Mall and the ring around it. All the staff made us feel welcome. I've stayed in places with more amenities but at a much higher price.

This hotel is not worthy of the Hyatt name, it was a total disaster. Front desk staff were not helpful and room was below average and dirty. I had the unfortunate experience of not having any room darkening curtains, only sheers which does not keep the sun out nor does it keep the parking lot lights from shining in your room all nght. So no restful night of sleep. Don't fall for the Hyatt name.

It was a very nice hotel and very polite staff but they were overbooked. By the time I arrived at 11:30 that evening with two small children and four adults, they did not have my 2 double bed room. We had people sleeping on the floor.
