Bayshore is located in Eureka, is easy to find and very comfortable. Easy parking , very comfortable rooms and super mattresses. We wanted to take our mattress home on top of the car. Free breakfast offers lots of variety.

We chose to stay here based on another review of "cloud like beds" and this was accurate! We had a bay view room in the new wing and it was great. The breakfast was good and Marie Callenders next door offerd meal discounts for hotel patrons. Very friendly staff, we opted to stay an extra day and we were accomodated without trouble.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations, the King bed with comfy cloudlike mattress. I never wanted to get up. The flat screen TV, fireplace (romantic). Jacuzzi , plenty of towels, robes, a minibar with bottled waters and sparkling apple, replaced daily. The housekeeping staff were quiet and respectful, and no matter how late we left the room it was serviced and like new when we returned each day. Continental breakfast was varied, and fresh, the dining area was very clean and much like a restaraunt rather than the multi-use rooms of some other hotels. The only downside, was the construction of a new wing and koi garden outside our balcony window. Not too noisy during the week, but we kept the curtain shut. The toilet had some issues also, but the staff was quick to resolve the problem (late evening maintenance man came very quickly and quietly).
