The staff was GREAT!!! Most of the time when you travel away from home only 1 or 2 hotel staff are genuinely nice - EVERYONE here was awesome. Free breakfast was also great: waffles, pastries, cereal, etc. something for everyone to enjoy. The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing - there nothing like watching a lightening storm on the ocean from the safety of your room! This was our first trip booked thru a travel website and we had no complaints. The only thing that wasn't great was the size of the pool and if you're traveling with children even though you are at the beach you still need a good size pool.

The staff was very friendly. However, the pool is across from the main door which is where the cars are pulling in off the street so it is dangerously located. The room: upon a late check in the water was not hot. We paid extra to have a balcony but it was dark and the light didn't work. The bathroom had a door that did not lock. The coffee pot smelled. The lamp next to the bed was arcing so couldn't be used. I travel alot and have stayed from low end to high end hotels. Breakfeast area was very small and crowded. The business "center" is more like a desk with a computer on it. Overall it just was not worth the price we were charged. We also had a problem with our second room and they were giving a $25 refund but couldn't give to us because we booked via a 3rd party PLUS we were told they couldn't give us anything in writing because they can't let us know the price that was actually charged . Overall would not stay here again !! Also I tried to ask the room attendant a question but neither of the women could speak english. The BEDS were VERY comfortable. Did have a small refrigerator and an inroom safe. Upon our arrival the safe was left locked by a previous customer.

Pool very small and plain but nice and clean;did not use. Beach access excellent; rooms large. Mine had a balcony and a partial ocean view, even though I was not charged extra. Breakfast pretty standard with a couple of extras (Belgian waffles, boiled eggs). Would definitely stay here again, the location cannot be beat.
