  Booked 3 rooms. problems began at check-in. made prior arrangements for part of our group to check in before me. front desk staff was incompetant. air conditioner was broken ...

  Booked 3 rooms. Problems began at check-in. Made prior arrangements for part of our group to check in before me. Front desk staff was incompetant. Air conditioner was broken in one room; had to move to another room. Very noisy steam cleaning machine was running outside our rooms until midnight. When I called front desk about it, their attitude was sarcastic. Rooms are outdated and need upgrading, didn't feel very clean.

  This place was absolutely fantastic! The staff was great to accommodate us on such short notice and the Casino Package they got is awesome! The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff really made us feel at home. I couldn't ask for a more pleasurable experience! I have stayed in the places downtown before and the noise level was awful. The location of those places creeped us out. This place was extremely quiet. Definately good for a good nights rest! I will always stay there when in the area!!!
