This Hotel was horrible! My child was injured in the shower and the staff and manager did nothing about it, except tell me that I was suppose to request a bath mat upon check-in. They lied and said they could not make any adjustments because the reservation was made through Travel online. After talking with Travel online I found that not to be true and they could have done something. Horrible establishment! On top of that the air conditioner did not work and we had to request, towels, clean sheets, and shampoo.

08/17/2009Great room, but carpets and furniture badly stained as was the breakfast area. why not lino or tile in the breakfast area? never again.

07/14/2009We were terrified as someone from the front desk tried to enter our room late at nite...we were told that they thought the room was empty..the manager said ...
we were terrified as someone from the front desk tried to enter our room late at nite...we were told that they thought the room was empty..the manager said he was sorry...big deal...this should never happen anywhere, period! When I tried to complain to corporate they just kicked it back down to the manager...we will never stay at BW again!

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Only stayed one night, but loved the privacy - and jetted tub! Room was a good size, and street noise wasn't bad. Good continental breakfast and staff was friendly, offered us a room with no one on either side. Gym was ok and hot tub looked nice though we didn't use. You could walk downtown, just over the bridge, or a short drive. Also not far from the beach, you could walk there too but it'd be a longer walk. The only downside we found was parking, the garage was a little small - maybe people were parking there that weren't hotel guests? We stayed in summer, so of course there was traffic at the usual times of day. Overall good and we'd stay again.

There was mold in my tub, it was loud, strange lights in the room that won't turn off and kept me from sleeping, the front desk..don't even get me started on them! SO BAD! Do NOT stay here! It is also in a crummy part of town.
