I read the other bad reviews before booking, but sadly could not find anywhere else to stay while at Zion Park. The clerk who checked us in was rude, to say the least, the room was not clean and the bathroom was AWFUL......there was almost no water pressure in the shower and the curtain wrapped around you and was NOT clean! The sink faucet was VERY hard to get on and then splashed water everwhere. There were black ants around the bathroom and sink area. The bottom sheet was not a fitted one and came off all night long and the blanket and spread were not clean.....pillows were a JOKE, but the biggest joke was the supposedly free breakfast which consisted of a gallon of milk thrown on the counter, fruitloops cereal in some dispenser and a loaf of bread thrown on the counter. There was no place whatsoever to sit inside. There were some chairs and tables outside the place, but they were FILTHY! There was some kind of orange flavored drink. .....no juice. The pool was closed and locked the whole time we were there! I went into the office to check out and the clerk pretty much looked at me like I was crazy when I told her that I was ready to checkout. She tossed a basket at me that said, PUT YOUR KEY HERE!!!!!!! When I asked for some kind of receipt, she said, ""I gave you paper yesterday when you checked in!!"" The ""paper"" was the yellow copy of what I filled out as to license plate number on the car, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have traveled extensively and I have NEVER seen any place like this. I am appalled that Hotels Management Company would not check-up on their hotels. I trusted them.

Although this is an older motel, rooms were large, clean, quiet & well-maintained. Breakfast had more variety than some, e.g. fresh fruit. Pool is right on the corner of a busy street--not for the shy!

Unable to turn on cold water for shower.Reported problem but it took over an hour for someone to fix it. Continental breakfast - stocks always running out - had to ask at reception for replenishments which was reluctantly attended to. Attitude of management staff not good, you were not made to feel welcome.

Face towels were stained with rusty spots. The shower drain did not drain well. They came and "fixed" it. It drained better but was still clogged. The continental breakfast wasn't worth staying for. They left the milk out with no ice underneath it unlike every other hotel we've been to that offered free continental breakfasts. Surprisingly they did offer free internet. We did not have a computer so we did not try it out. The only positive things about the hotel was that the microwave, refridgerator and TV all looked very new and worked well. I would trade those things for a room that felt more "clean.

This room was very dusty. Dust everywhere. Light bulbs were burned out. The sink aerator was missing and causing water to splash every place. No toilet paper in the room. Again one day later no T/P. Toilet seat was falling off. It only had 1 screw holding it on. The free breakfast served molding bagels. Serious, I've never seen a hotel that served moldy food. I would change my plans before staying here again. At the time it was the only hotel available around the Memorial Day weekend.
