The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Moab, with lots of nearby restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some good tips on where to (and where not to) eat. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We tried the complementary breakfast once, which was okay but not great, and on subsequent days went out for breakfast. The pool is enclosed in the cool seasons, and although it looked very nice we never got a chance to use it. The hot tub is not enclosed, and is right next to parking spaces, which was not very inviting.

This place doesn't look like anything special on the outside but our room was wonderful! We had a suite room and it was very spacious. The bed was super-comfortable and everything was clean and orderly. Nice shower! One downside...the walls were paper thin, especially to noise from the hallway. Several folks were so loud walking into their rooms, I thought they were coming into mine. The front desk folks were quite pleasant. Breakfast was so-so, but it was free! Moab doesn't have a lot of great dining options anyway.

Moab is a fabulous place for a family vacation and the Best Western Canyonlands is a great place to stay. The location is ideal. It is right in the center of town. You can walk to most of the shopping and many place to eat. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The kids had a great time in the pool. The continental breakfast was basic, but good. I really have no complaints and would stay here again. I've always wanted to try the Gonzo Inn, but it was full and it does cost more.

Deluxe Queen had 2 queens and a couch, big TV, modern furniture and large bathroom area. Our room also had a good sized fridge for storing 3 days worth of food. The best breakfast room we've seen in a while. Staffed breakfast area with all the fixins' ,we even left a tip. Luckily, heated pool was under a bubble so we were able to use it.! Convenient to everything. Bed was so comfortable, we actually looked at the brand of mattress. Our room looked to have been recently remodeled so I can't verify quality of all rooms. Quiet with no neighbor noise. Also, they had a bike storage room and a bike repair room that we were grateful to have. Also, it has, a decent fitness room. For the price, you can't beat it! We've stayed at many, many hotels and this one will be on our list for future visits.

Two adults and one teenage daughter stayed in one of the suite rooms. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We left 16-year-old alone for a couple of hours and felt safe. Location of hotel is perfect. Close to shopping, activities and dining. We will be staying here again next time we are in Moab.
