I booked a hotel room one day before arriving, so they only had 1 left (handicapped/smoking). I'm a non-smoker but I was only staying one night, so I accepted. When I checked in and went to the bathroom, I discovered that the toilet structure was not solidly attached to the floor & nearly fell. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they apologized but made no effort to secure the toilet, they didn't deem the room unsuitable for use, and they didn't even offer a discount. Previous stays at this hotel have been satisfactory, but this episode has terminated any future stays here. I urge caution to handicapped & elderly individuals staying here to insure sturdiness of toilet prior to use.

We stayed two nights for our visit to Zion NP. We had no issues with the hotel. I would have liked to have fruit included in the breakfast that came with the room. I would stay there again. Our dates were 8/14-8/15

Front desk staff were very friendly. As soon as we entered in, they welcomed us with a warm smile. I called twice, and both of those times they were more than willing to help. At night around 2, when the heater stopped working, they sincerely apologized and left a portable heater for me. In the morning, they apologized again and made sure my stay was great. Great hotel with great service. Highly recommend.

I thought the hotel was well worth the money. It was clean and neat and the staff was very good. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. If there was anything negative about the stay, it might be that the staff needs to read up a little on the surrounding sites. I would stay there again if I needed to be in Hurricane, Utah
