Staff was very friendly. Stayed over one night on my way from New York to Washington DC. Included breakfast buffet in the morning. They had run out of food on the buffet, but kitchen staff bent over backwards to replenish, and to make sure I had enough to eat. Only downside for me was noise from the TV in the next room. Usually at a Marriott Courtyard, there are no doors that tie two adjoining rooms together. I'm a business traveler, but this hotel seemed more geard towards families. My guess is that the "adjoining room doors" allow families to occupy two rooms. Through the adjoining door, I could hear the TV in the next room. Other than this downside, I had a good experience.
