slightly shabby, slightly run down. Staff was exceptionally nice but... nice and able to fix issues are not the same. The internet service is spotty at best and the hotel vendor was no helpful.

I'm in Wilkes-Barre at least 4 times a year and Days Inn is the only place I stay. Being a single femaile traveling alone I appreciate the amount of security they provide. The location is perfect for being close to everything.. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service or in the rooms I've stayed in. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. I recommend the Days Inn to everyone I know with no doubts they'll be satisfied, too.

07/21/2008Filthy bathrooms and carpets. no sense of service. breakfast was passable. but there are so many better motels closer, not necessarily name brands, but nothing could be worse than this ...
