  After reading the reviews I booked a room here...what a mistake! When we arrived our room was not clean. Things were all over the floor. We had a family suite and next to one of the beds my children spotted "chew packets" --yes someone before us spit chew on the floor! It was not cleaned up so I asked the desk to make housekeeping aware of the mess. Long story short.. after coming back from the day for our 2nd night the chew was still on the floor, our used towels were still on the floor, no clean towels were left, and it still was not cleaned. I scooped up the chew, towels, and dropped them off at the front desk. The staff was nice... but the room.. UGH!!!!

  It's an award-winning hotel and I can see why. The staff was very friendly/helpful. Very clean, quiet. Nice pool area. It's the best hotel we've stay at in that price range.

  Our stay was excellent. We stayed in the 2 room family suite- it was nice to have 3 tvs to accomodate my large family, the beds were brand new, the room was very clean and even has a fireplace. The front desk staff was superb! I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We will certainly be back!

  This was booked as part of a travel package. the hotel seems to have been recently renovated, rooms clean, extremely quiet. much better than expected!
