  The toilet seat was showing signs of use, and I mean literally. It wasn't cleaned after somebody used it and it wasn't a pretty sight. If you want to use the internet, you have to ask for password (they don't give it to you unless you ask). This motel is simlply substandard. Nobody should be forced to spend a night here.

  We stayed at this motel and found it to be clean and very confortable. i would go to it again. we stayed there 8/19/2009.

  What a great place to stay while traveling and sight seeing. It is clean with great beds and a good, well presented breakfast. It is well located near Capitol Reef and places you perfectly to continue to other National Parks and Monuments.
