  Our reservation was for 3 nights, when we checked in they stated they only has us down for 2 nights (until we showed the print-out of the reservation). We were charged a few dollars more that what our confirmation stated. When we questioned this, we were told that this is not unusual, we have never had this happen before! The 1st day we had to go to the office because our room had not been touched by the housekeeping staff. We were told that there was not much they could do because everyone had gone home! Upon check out, we were charge "safe fees" even though we did not use the safe during our stay. If you stay at this hotel, BEWARE!
