Great hotel, the staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were good size and there were 7 pools to choose from. The hotel was very kid friendly. I will stay their each time we visit the Palm Springs area again.

Having just returned from they Hyatt today, I am still RELAXED! I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail. Everyone on the staff knew my name, smiled and were extremly polite, firendly, and cordial. The rooms were very clean, our remote to the TV had problems, but we mentioned it to housekeeping on our way out, and had it working by the time we got back. The airconditioning was a bit warm, according to the staff it is on a motion sensor, it defaults to 75%, yet when there is motion it is turns back on to whatever tempurature you set it on, which got a little warm in the middle of the night. I can only sugguest a lower defautl setting. The grounds were immacualate. We had a marvelous time at the Aqua Serena Spa and spent at least 5 hours basking in the serene setting. You simply MUST not leave without experiencing the relaxation and expert staff. Kuddos to everyone at the Hyatt, we will definetly return form more fun in the sun!

Excellent rate was offered and the room was very nice. The hotel is well appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner: Both ordered fish...very mediocre, fish was obvioulsy not fresh, but frozen. Mushy in texture and somewhat flavorless. Excellent salad, good wine. The only complaint was how far away our room was from the front desk. I don't know if they place Travel guests that far away on purpose or not, but it was a hike !

We were VERY, VERY pleased with our stay at Hyatt Resort in Indian Wells. The property was well kept, clean and the staff was very friendly. The adult pool offered was a nice addition vs the ""family"" area. The gym was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend or stay there again the next time I go to Palm Springs!

This was luxury at it's finest. The rooms were clean & huge! It came with a sofa bed. I loved that the room had a refridgerator in it & a flat screen tv. The alarm clock had an iPod/iPhone dock which was really nice. I will try to stay here everytime I visit the Palm Springs area. Nice resturants were just up the street. Ruth Chris, P.F. Chang, Cheesecake Factory etc. Be aware that you might have to pay a $20 ""resort fee"" & when we went there was the weekend of the Bob Hope Classic so self parking was scarce. They had valet to make up for it though.
