The Oak Tree Inn is a great budget motel complex - clean, efficient, helpful, convenient, and in a beautiful setting. We'd stay there any time. Unfortunately, Penny's Diner desperately needs a new cook. Our two breakfasts were among the worst we've ever had (and we're aging boomers -- we've had a LOT of breakfasts). So the "free breakfast" really shouldn't be a factor in your decision. On a brighter note, the Diner has wonderful antique framed magazine ads and covers on the walls, from the 50s and 60s -- so it is worth walking through it to enjoy those!

This is a na ok motel located along the interstate. My room was fine. They have an exercise room which we did not use. They have no continental breakfast, but provide vouchers for a nearby waffle-house type place. This place is very ordinary.In short everything was fine here, but the place is not worth almost $* per night.

no noise control
09/30/2006After 3 calls to the office and no noise resolution we chose to move to another room at approx 11:30 pm.
