    A great place to stay. all my requests were met except i could never get anyone to change a bulb in bedside lamp. would happily stay here again!

    The huge facility made it so difficult to get from one activity to another. it took so long to get from our room to the nearest swimming pool, lobby and ...

    The huge facility made it so difficult to get from one activity to another. It took so long to get from our room to the nearest swimming pool, lobby and restaurant, that there were times when my kids didn't even want to go and do anything. The food was very mediocre in quality and the wait staff not very attentive. We expected great service. Also, if you are traveling with young children, you might reconsider choosing this resort if you don't want them exposed to the tattoo and body piercing crowd.
