I reserved this room on Travelocity. I tried to cancel as plans changed. Both Travelocity and The Ramada said that the reservation could not be cancelled, because it was a $176 room for &89.00. Having to forfeit the entire price, we proceeded to this "deluxe" room. It was very poor quality, they had not dusted much, we had to search for electrical outlets, the air conditioning did not work, and the attendant agreed. We slept with the window open, a skunk deposited outside, and I was thoroughly disgusted. This ranks with a Knight's Inn in 1980. The manger did not respond when asked to by Ramada. He eventually responded with a condescending email. Ramada has stepped up and offered a 50% refund. I would have preferred a 100% refund. Beware, that the price Travelocity charges may be more than the limit posted on the door. The limit on this room was $155. There was also a bit of finger-pointing. It is the fault of Travelocity. It was Ramada's fault. Avoid this place. They do not get customer service! And customer retention.

When we arrived in Moab, we found out that the Ramada was closed. We were sent to the Super 8 hotel. We stayed two nights. Maid service was not provided. We contacted the front desk and was informed that there would be no maid service and no adjustment to our room rate, since we had obtained our reservation thru a online travel website. We did receive towels and soap.

When we got there, there was a sign that said the counter person would be back in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, they got there, so I had to wait another 5 minutes to get checked in due to the back-log of customers. The room was OK. It had a large table but the charis didn't fit under it. This wouldn't be too big of a deal except we had a roll-a-way bed, and the fact that we couldn't put the chairs under the table meant it took 2x the space that it would have taken if they did fit under. I booked the hotel room for 5, but they only had 3 sets of towels in the room. The kids liked the heated pool.

It's an older hotel and the rooms were a little outdated, but they were very clean. We stayed in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget.

This was the last room available in Moab for the night -- the setup was great - 2 separate bedrooms and a room for the bathroom - with 3 kids and 2 adults this was great and private for us. The room was old and had a street door facing out - not too secure. would only stay here again if only hotel available.
