We spent 5 nights at this property in September for a WWII Bomb Group reunion. The staff could not have been better. The rooms were very nice, price was a good ans the overall service was top notch. We do these reunions every year all over the US and can say that tis has been the best host hotel we have stayed in. The meeting rooms and food service for the group was above average.

They say it;s all new, but I didn't see it in the room I stayed in. The air heat unit was very loud, bed was old. If you don't like loud room noise stay some where else. The pool area looked new, I didn't use it .

Our family 3 children stayed at the Grand Gateway for 3 nights. The kids LOVED the waterslide. It's convenient to all of the Black Hills sights. The lounge is fine, but super-loud karaoke isn't my style. All of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area with a family.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is nearby the Mall, restaurants and cinema. The hotel has a pool and also a bar / lounge. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

excellent hotel easy 4 stars near 5 stars very clean room comfy bed with quality pillows great showers nice staff awsome pool (kids loved it) perkins on property lounge with casino and lots more near Mt. Rushmore and other attrctions also you have to try panning for gold at the mine on the way to see Mt. Rushmore.
