  The cleanliness of the room was decent. Carpets could use some shampoo. Front door would not fully close so the cold air and outside noise (the hotel is located right next to a freeway) entered the room. Front desk would not accept payment via traveler's check due because "we don't have change". They did not have $10 in change? What kind of hotel is this? I recommend you pay the extra $30 and get a better room elsewhere. If this is America's best value, we are in a sad state.

• More than I expected

  Really much nicer than i expected. everything has been recently renovated. the mattresses and furniture are new as is the paint.

• cheap price for a bad room

  Like the other reviewer, i would agree that the price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. the room was really bad. i should have spent $10 more ...

  like the other reviewer, I would agree that the price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. the room was really bad. I should have spent $10 more for a better place. I got no sleep whatsoever, and complaints to front desk were not addressed. The smell is really bad in the rooms.

  The carpets are worn and stained terribly, carpet was dirty and in bad need of vacuuming. people at front desk were nice but room left a lot to be desired.

  THE CARPETS ARE WORN AND STAINED TERRIBLY, CARPET WAS DIRTY AND IN BAD NEED OF VACUUMING. PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK WERE NICE BUT ROOM LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED.

  This is a great place to stay for a low price. check-in was easy, the room had a fridge and microwave, freeway access was quick and easy.
