The staff at the hotel was rude and very unprofessional. They even looked unprofessional and not ready to work. They called our room 22 mins after check out and threatened to come in or charge our CC if we were not out in 5 minutes. The desk clerk was rude and made jokes about having us leave in 5 minutes. I was so rushed I forgot items in the room I will never stay at any Travelodge ever!!!!! It is not even cheap.

07/09/2007No sleep to be had!! the guests above my room were having a party. kept walking/stomping the floor into the morning. floor was extremely creaky. called the manager 3 ...
No sleep to be had!! The guests above my room were having a party. Kept walking/stomping the floor into the morning. Floor was extremely creaky. Called the manager 3 times in the night to complain, yet the next morning could not get any refund. Manager said he was familiar with this guest and had to remind him of the hotel rules to not have additional people in the room. ...So that guest is breaking the rules repeatedly and doesn't even get kicked out!! It seems Travel Lodge doesn't care about getting repeat business from the legitimate folks.

07/02/2007Service was crappy. receptionists were unhelpful and unwelcoming. we stayed two nights and they did not make our beds or give us new towels.
