  Check-in was average. the room was very disappointing. carpet soiled and dirty, drapes hanging off of hooks, bathroom bath mat was extremely soiled. air conditioner was not working properly ...

  Check-in was average. The room was very disappointing. Carpet soiled and dirty, drapes hanging off of hooks, bathroom bath mat was extremely soiled. Air conditioner was not working properly so room was hot and stuffy. Refrigerator and microwave were nice, but won't stay there again.

  The hotel did not meet our standards. the price was average, but the bathroon floor was stained badly, had black and ugly cauling issues and the drapes were hanging off ...

  The hotel did not meet our standards. The price was average, but the bathroon floor was stained badly, had black and ugly cauling issues and the drapes were hanging off the sliding glass door and were in ill repair.

  We found this hotel by accident when everything in redding was booked - and now stay there anytime we are travelling through and need to stop overnight. always a good experience ...

  We found this hotel by accident when everything in Redding was booked - and now stay there anytime we are travelling through and need to stop overnight. Always a good experience with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice pool. Nice view of river.
