My stay here was okay. The room was clean and the price was cheap. What I didnt like was the fact that the hotel didnt have its own parking. You had to pay $*/day. They tell you that you can pay when you check out but they hounded me down for payment saying that I couldve left without paying them. Really? The television had very few channels, and there were no washcloths in my room. Also they have two very slow elevators for a 18 story hotel and there's a maximum 5 people on each. At one point we walked down the stairs from the tenth floor. It wasnt a terrible experience but I wouldnt stay here again.

First thing we drove around the hotel about 30 mins before we found it. It was that invisible. Then we got in this haunted elevator to a college dorm room. The Bathroom was the size of my walk in closet. The furniture was broken and older than me. The carpet was dirty. There was no towels.The bed was two pieces of wood.No fitted sheets.The room had no iron so i went to the front desk to see if i could get one ,used it and the next day they knocked on the door to get it back.said they only had 30 irons in this 300 room hotel and it was a waiting list to use them.I had to purchase an airbed to sleep on.The shower was rusted. The tub had spots on it and so did the shower curtain.we took showers with flip flops on we had one roll of toilet paer for 5 days.The furniture was broken.No body from personel spoke english.Dust was covering the vents.The fridge didnt work.the thermastat was barely working.Over all i would not go back and wouldnt recommend this hotel to anybody.

The overall hotel experience was good. Staff was friendly, helped us get the shuttle bus to the dock for our cruise. Shuttle bus stops that stops in front of hotel was five dollars a person for ride to dock to catch our cruise, a bargain. Would recommend this hotel if you are catching a cruise and need to spend the night. It is across the street from the Bayfront Park, lots of dining, entertainment, and shops, just sitting and watching boats come in and out from the dock was enjoyable. We ate at a great Cuban restaurant. The rooms were clean, a little dated, but cheap. The breakfast served in the hotel on the first floor was very cheap, 2 eggs, bacon, toast, juice, coffee for around five dollars. The taxi ride from the airport was twenty-five dollars.
