    I had a wonderful time. The staff were always helpful, kind, and courteous. The room was very nice and the room service was prompt and well done. All in All my one week stay was very easy and comfortable. I plan on going there again for my next trip to Tucson.

    Stayed one night - nice room, deeply discounted. all was great except breakfast in the atrium the next morning - food in serving table was cold!!!

    The front desk people were nice, freindly, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I selected this from a special called a "secret location", but I found that it was away from downtown and across town from where I needed to visit. The discount made it worth while. The place seemed vacant for a weekend but maybe that is because of a poor economy?

    First impression. very pleased with my selection. beautiful atrium with dinning areas. restaurant and bar area very comfortable. all staff were very friendly and ready to serve.
