    This hotel has gone waaaaaaay downhill! It used to be a nice place but these days forget it. Everything in the hotel (restaurants, room service, etc) closes at 10pm, which means that you cannot get any food or drink until the next morning. There's not even so much as a snack machine in this place, just empty soda vending machines. (we literally checked the machine on every floor and couldn't buy a single soda) Unfortunately this hotel is also just outside of town, so there is nothing nearby to compensate for the lack of services in the hotel. (you would have to get into your car and jump on the freeway for 4 miles) There were also the issues of door locks that didn't work, toilet in the room that had to be tinkered with after every flush, and employees who all flunked customer service 101. Overall it would probably be okay for a single night, but for the seasoned traveler this place is an inconvenient, no service nightmare. My advice, pick something that's actually in town.

    I came to this Holiday Inn on business and was very surprised when I walked in the door. The Lobby was welcoming with Marble floors and a fire in the fireplace with comfortable sitting areas
    everywhere. My check-in was smooth room was quiet. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and easily accessed from my room. I love their bar, such friendly people. With it being such a large hotel, I wasn't expecting the warm intimate feeling I had while there. A great Value for the money!

    This motel has declined in recent years. The front desk has lost my reservation twice and if I had not brought a printout confirmation paper with me, I would not have been accomodated. Decided not to stay at this Holiday Inn again. All others around the State are nice, this one is old and not customer friendly.
