  This Holiday Inn Express is first rate. We used it as a base to explore the painted desert and petrified forest. Very relaxed feeling and quiet. Breakfast was better than what we expected (continental) with fresh biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and use of their computer.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facility was in pretty good repair, but it is approaching time for a good refresh. The carpet was sticky, and the pool could have been cleaner. Overall a decent night, made better by the people.

  We arrived and were welcomed immediately. The hotel was exactly as pictures indicated. The staff was welcoming and kind. The room was clean and easily accessible. Check in and out was easy. Since the pool was inside and the weather a little cool (March) the hot tub was welcoming as well. The hotel was quiet. Since the stay included a ""continental"" breakfast we thought that would be sweet breads and coffee. Well, that was wrong. The breakfast was wonderful. There was a great selection of foods both hot and cold. The attendant was as welcoming as if the hotel was her own home. Bottom line I wish ALL hotel stays could be as inviting and hospitable as the Hoiliday Inn - Holbrook. Thanks for making the first leg of our vacation even more memorable.

  Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, clean. i have found holiday inn express is very consistant at all locations. would definately stay again. breakfast was good, staff very helpful.
