Stayed on top floor because rest our noisy, toliet running could not fix. When I told desk clerk about it, she said I should have called them and how would I like to pay for the room? OK, I guess I could have stayed up all night and watched someone work on my toliet or worse have to change rooms I(in the middle of the night)! So I paid my $* and went home mad. To the staff, they should check everything out as soon as the room was available, so this could be avoided, and then should have offered me anything for my inconvience instead of changing the subject.

Noisy ceiling
09/28/2007We stayed on 1st floor unit. when the guys upstairs walked on their room, we heard every single step, the roof was noise like it was about to fall down.

09/07/2007The king room was very nice and clean. the bed was extremely comfortable. the best part was the breakfast - lots of choices of both hot and cold foods.
