We traveled with 2 kids and 2 adults and decided to stay here and we were glad we did. The water park was cool and they had a kiddie pool, also a workout room, Sauna, Regular Pool and Jacuzzi. and a rec. area and more. We had the room with the sliding door that goes right into the indoor courtyard which was cool. The room was decent and the decor was nice. I would definately stay here. the price also included 4 waterpark tickets. 20% of dinner and 1/2 off breakfast. For just kids or adults it was a good place to stay and all was indoors. I would definately go back.

The hotel is old Holiday Inn Holidome. Holidomes were popular in the 1970's and early 80's. The hotel does not appear to have been updated since the 1980's. The lobby and rooms are very dated. The hallways are very dark and dingy. The indoor waterpark is pretty basic - I am not sure it should be called a waterpark. It has a long but very slow moving waterslide. There is a large pool and a smaller "walk in" pool for younger kids. The park closed right after we arrived for the rest of the night because another parent had noticed excrement in the pool. It was closed until the next day for cleaning. The night manager and bartender were highlights - very friendly.

Disgusting pool, completely outdated room with old TV, sheets with stretched out elastic that didn't fit and kept coming off, bed extremely uncomfortable, carpet so dirty we had to frequently wash our toddler's feet after going barefoot, pool so disgusting I contacted the health department, loiterers in parking lot blaring car stereos but management didn't intervene after reported, claim a 3 diamond AAA rating but when I contacted AAA I was told the hotel is not rated by them at all and it is a false claim. Management was rude and wouldn't allow us to change to another hotel without still charging us for the room because it was after 6:00 pm. Next morning asked for night to be comped or discounted and manager said ""absolutely not"". Husband told him how unhappy we were and manager said, ""too bad!""

I would describe the accomodations as OK. The best part of the stay was the price, which is very reasonable and include a good breakfast deal. The facility is somewhat dated, with the rooms and bathroom fairly large. Will probably appeal to families due to the swimming pool and game area. Regarding security, the back door was not locked at night.
