Overall I was impressed with the facility and the location; it was very quiet with sufficient green space despite being close to the airport and in an industrial area. The room was spacious and clean and the honor-system shop and laundry facilities came in handy. My only negative comment is that, being in Miami on business and having to do work from my room, the internet service was slow and I found myself having to re-boot the modem in the room several times. Thankfully I was familiar with how to do that. In the age of high-speed wireless, I was surprised to find it wasn't available in a hotel geared for business travellers, given its location.

Stayed one night before a cruise &my wife & i loved it. You'll have to get your own transportation, no shuttle service,38dollars for 2 people on Super Shuttle van service but it's worth not having all the headaches of the so called free shuttles to the cruise port. About 10 -15 minutes from the airport but in a nice, safe area so it's worth the extra money you'll pay for transportation. a few eateries 2-5 blocks away. You won't be disappointed.

Long story short: Broken A/C took 24 hours for someone to come fix. Spikes sticking up out of carpet, musty smell. Ants ants ants. Nice and roomy but not the cleanest. Bedroom area cramped and small. Management left an apology ""note"" with priority club points which are worth pennies.

Loved This Place!!
09/04/2007Only bad thing ~ the thermostate on the a/c wasn't reading the correct temp always so was somtimes chilly in the room.

Everything Else GREAT ~ lots of restaurants within walking distance, shopping center also within walking distance, Full menu restaurant delivery service, Convience store located in hotel, Walk to bus stop, Not far from the beach (bus can take you there), Very Clean Room, Amazingly comfortable beds, Fully furnished (stove, refrig., microw., pots, cups, glasses, plates,) kitchen in suites, Iron, Blow Dryer, Coffee Maker, Pool/area was very nice.
Oh yeah this didn't bother "ME" after the first day, but you are kinda close to the air port (MIAMI INT"L) so you do hear planes landing and taking off.
