Our room was in the 5th. floor. Only 1 elevator was working and during the 2 days, it was under reparation on and off. The room was not cleaned up well. The coffe pot, left with the coffe and the filter. The carpet looked dury. In the coffe room (as it was raining), there was some liquin in the area where coffe was served. I will give a poor note to cleaning and the front desk personel was not too friendly too.
