  I was very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very accomodating to my needs. They had a very nice pool area that was open 24 hrs so you could enjoy the night breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

  Did not realize this was almost entirely spanish speaking hotel, waited over 1 hr at airport for shuttle service and after waiting 30 mins had to make second call or ...

  Made reservations for my whole travel group for a single night pre-cruise stay at Las Palmas, and this was a disaster on several levels. 1. Each party had difficulty getting ""Free airport shuttle"" No party waited less than an hour. 2. Rooms dirty and all bathrooms suffered black fly infestations. 3. Staff barely spoke english, which probably caused the first problem mentioned, and 4. Double-charged for all rooms! After pre-paying for all rooms myself for pre-paid discount, each guest was charged AGAIN (a higher amount!) on the credit card they left for incidentals. After discovering this 2 weeks later, had a difficult time explaining this to manager, who also had difficulty with english. I was initially told it would take six weeks before refund checks could be issued. Ultimately, my card was credited within a few days. In summary: Would NEVER go back to this hotel again. Stayed in the Sofitel on my next trip for the same money (<$200) and was much happier there.
