    The room was nice and clean, Furnishings were very nice. Beds very comfortable, there was 2 things I found being an X 5 star hotel inspector that needed done.The bed skirts did have a few stains , they should be washed more often as welll as the mattress pads,and should be changed at every room check out. Also, the juice dispensor spicot had sediment coming out when I got my juice.That needed more cleaning.I threw my juice away. Breakfast was average.The Front Desk Was GREAT! Friendly and Fun.GOOD JOB GUYS! I will Be back.Overall I am very pleased with your hotel.

    On check in the staff were grumbling at us because we were early. There was a lot of people staying there because of a high school rodeo in town and we had to ask them for breakfast supplies 3 times in a short period of time. They should have had a staff member in there restoking. Also the pool on Sunday morning when they opened it was very cloudy and dirty looking from the night before. They did not treat the water before opening the pool for business. The rooms were clean and nice.

    We arrived early Monday morning and it took twenty minutes to wake up the desk clerk, and when he did give us the room it was incorrect. To tired to change at that time. Had a message waiting but desk could not find it and lost out on an interview. Bedding not changed in four nights we slept in room. Internet would not work in room, did use motels computer that is for guest use. No one at desk in evening and lobby led to rest of motel, anything could happen. I know Pueblo West and was not concerned about safety, but someone else might be.
