  Water pressure was minimal. bed frame was broken. refrigerator smelled and didn't get drinks cold. hard to find a parking spot when i arrived back very late at night. ...

  Water pressure was minimal. Bed frame was broken. Refrigerator smelled and didn't get drinks cold. Hard to find a parking spot when I arrived back very late at night. Breakfast consisted of cereal, milk and bagels. I chose the hotel because it was located in close proximity to University of Miami where my son attends; however, I will never stay here again.

  I was planning to stay overnight because I couldn't find a more ""classy"" hotel with availability. Ended up staying the entire week. Really wonderful people, Excellent service. Couldn't have done better!

  If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the University of Miami, with clean rooms, this is the place to stay. The breakfast was nice too. My only criticism would be that they could have gone to some trouble to install soundproof windows. we enjoyed our short visit. Not a place for an extended stay.

  1"" pillows, water shooting up to the ceiling from the shower and flooding the floor (no way to change the shower head), lots of traffic noise, high pitched sound all night long from the laundry, decent breakfast, helpful staff to change room, still not much improvement. Wouldn't stay here again.
