Mariposa is a delightful, small community in the wooded foothills of the Sierras. The hotel is middle aged but clean and really quite pleasant. While the rooms exit into the parking area, the hotel consists of two courtyards, both of which are removed from the street and have trees and shrubs. It is a beautiful, 30 minute drive from the Yosemite Valley. We would definately stay there again.

Awesom little motel in the heart of Yosemite Country. Accross the street from dining, (some expensive, but worth it). Clean, comfortable and CHEAP rooms in a beautiful setting compared to most regular motels.Ask for the corner room in the courtyard by the gazebo, especially if you have a dog with you. Burger King and mini mart a block away, 30 minutes from Yosemite entrance.

Awesom little motel in the heart of Yosemite Country. Accross the street from dining, (some expensive, but worth it). Clean, comfortable and CHEAP rooms in a beautiful setting compared to most regular motels. Ask for the corner room in the courtyard by the gazebo, especially if you have a dog with you. Burger King and mini mart a block away, 30 minutes from Yosemite entrance.

The lodge is perfect for a trip to Yosemite. Very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds are like a professional garden, rooms are very cozy & quiet. A great get-away or stop-over. town of Mariposa is very nice."
