  Noisiest hotel I've ever encountered. An ordinary couple arrived upstairs at 2am and each footstep sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Add noisy refrigerator, broken hairdryer, empty soap dispenser and we vowed never to return! 1 star = beds were nice.
