  I took my daughter to Roanoke to do some school shopping and the Country Inn was great. The pool was very clean and the shower they had at the pool was a very good thing to have before you went back to the room. The rooms were very clean, quite, and the staff was great. The breakfast was just the right amount to hold you until lunch. I would stay here again. Thanks,

  I noticed that the room had a mildew smell and carpet was slightly damp. bathroom had dirty floor and tub.

  Everything about our stay at Country Inns & Suites was great. The front desk staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was satisfying. This will be my hotel of choice if I am staying in Roanoke again.

  From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by the Manager and attendant I felt unwelcome. It was about all their rules and regulations that I had o follow, not my stay. I had a meeting scheduled with someone coming to the hotel. I asked if I could sit at a table in the breakfast area. Even though the area was empty and not in use, I was boldly told NO! I was given the lobby as an option, but there was a woman there who was conducting interviews and had rearranged the furnature to where there was not even a place to sit. I spend 15 to 20 nights a month in a hotel, and staying here was not a pleasant experience.
