  It was comfortable and clean. staff so very helpful. pool hours were such that one could enjoy the pool and hot tub. it was wonderful. we loved our stay.

  The Royal Scot Hotel has an excellent location and excellent service. Travelers receive 4* service at a very reasonable price. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The free shuttle is a valuable feature. I would highly encourage friends to stay here.

  My husband and I stayed at the Royal Scot due to it's location near the harbor and because we obtained a very good rate. Hotel is dated but immaculate. Our room wasn't ready, even at 4:00, but they did give us a different one.The room was large and comfortable. Their shuttle is great, we took it to dinner one night, to see the castle another day. Victoria is a rather spendy city so I feel we had a good value at this hotel.

  My stay was short at the Royal Scott Hotel, but it was a most pleasant experience. The front desk called every whale tour operator until they found an opening and shuttled me to the location with their courtesey shuttle service in a very prompt and courteous manner. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure I would make the tour. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Royal Scott and would stay at the establishment again.
