  1) The bed was terrible. One side was completely indented from too many people sleeping in it. So really only one person could sleep in it and only on one side of the bed. 2) LOUD. There were kids, and familys running around screaming at 8AM - for the free continental breakfast.

  The room was very shabby and needed paint, some lamps didn't work (all were chipped), there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, the towels were tiny and scratchy and ...

  The room was very shabby and needed paint, some lamps didn't work (all were chipped), there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, the towels were tiny and scratchy and the room had a funky smell.
  
  The owners told us we'd have to pay $10 for a parking permit for the second car. I'd parked in the registation spot while registering and moving my bags into the room. They called the room while I was moving the car to tell me to move the car!
  
  Before we checked out we left the room to go to breakfast. When I returned to the room - well before checkout time - they'd already been in the room! They also left a message on my home phone telling me to return the key and parking permit!
  
  The only positive thing I can say about it is they are within walking distance of the boardwalk.
