    I stayed in 2008 with my family for 3 days and overall it was a good experience. excellent costumer service, nice rooms, decent breakfast. nice and clean hotel.

    I STAYED IN 2008 WITH MY FAMILY FOR 3 DAYS AND OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE, NICE ROOMS, DECENT BREAKFAST. NICE AND CLEAN HOTEL.

    Nice from the outside, cool on the inside... But the room was horrible, the place was a maze, the hotel just sucked. The bed was the best part.. comfortable. When we needed a plunger we had to wait an hour. The toilet kept backing up. We needed it again. Midnight rolled around after a hour of waiting again, and finally we were forced to call the downstairs and complain. In order to get to the lobby from the fifth floor you have to take the elveavor to the second floor, walk around to the the front of the hotel if you in the back like we were, then take either another elevator or stairs to the first floor. Then when you need the elevator, ti doesn't work and no sign is posted saying it's broken. Their Complimentary Breakfast it not free UNLESS you are a Hilton Member. All they could do for us withour aggrevation was give us a complimenatary breakfast. The food was horrible. When it came time to check out, their computer system for the flight check in was SLOW and when I finally for 20 minutes got the end, and ""Error"" occured and all my info was lost. That threw me over the edge. One bad thing after another with this place. I don't recommend it.

    I was very disappointed with the Hilton. After checking into the hotel, I had to go to the front desk on 3 seperate occasions to ask for the services I paid for "Romance Package". The staff apoligized and of course put the blame on someone else. I was let down multiple times. I'll never go to that hotel again.

    The room basic with a couch and a chair. with an ottoman. Otherwise it was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. I do not routinely stay in upper class hotels however all the other rooms in the area were booked. I felt the Hotel was over priced for the amenities offered.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. they took care of all of our needs and helped make our wedding wonderful. the hotel is beautiful and very clean.
