We booked a week at the Snake River Lodge & Spa as I had stayed there with a wedding party acouple of years ago. When we checked in I was surprised at how small the room was. I called down and spoke to Todd who identified himself as the Director of Rooms. When I told him that the room I had stayed in previously was definitely larger, he very condescendingly stated that all the rooms are the same size and that I must be mistaken. The service was not quite the way I had remembered it (room attendant forgot to leave toiletries, pitchers of ice water at the pool left empty towards the end of the day, had to call down to the front desk to remind them to turn the lights on at the pool in the evening, concierge talking on the phone to friends while we waited to ask questions) Maybe because it was off-season.

Great Hotel, we would stay there again. The staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. Didn't like paying the $* a day but I knew going in that was part of the deal. We did not use the services of the hotel. I think you should pay the $* only if you use the services if you don't use their services their should be no extra charge. But the $* a day charge would not keep me from going back. It was great all the way around. Beautiful decor, we had a lodge room and the view was not great, the room was very nice and very clean, beds were comfortable

Just make sure you know that there is a resort fee of $ plus tax a day that you will have to pay. This was unexpected to me when I booked online. However, my transportation to the airport didn't come but the hotel was nice enough to drive me to the airport so that I wouldn't miss my flight. They also provided a lot of complimentary items which was a highlight of the hotel.

Stayed at Snake River Lodge and Spa. Beautiful hotel, large comfortable room with everything we were looking for. Helpful staff were all very pleasant. Loved relaxing in the heated pool and hot tubs after a day of sight-seeing. Would recomend this hotel and would stay there again. Breakfast was very good and included in our package. I would not pay $20.00 dollars for it (or for any breakfast).

I stayed at the Snake River Lodge & Spa last weekend (March 20th - 23rd). While the property is relatively nice, they were terribly understaffed. At one point, the bartender in the lobby appeared to serve us room service. I'm sure things are slow in the lodging business, but the service was abysmal. We ended up eating at the Four Seasons every day we were there....
