  Very convenient for medical center hospitals, Reliant Stadium & downtown (via MetroRail) as the MetroRail stop is just a block east of hotel. Rooms were clean and adequate, on the small side. We stayed during the annual Rodeo and the rates they charge during this time are quite high for the quality of this hotel.

  On four occasions, i called the hotel, twice from hospital, and twice from room. i went downstairs to be told by the desk clerk, i was busy. i was calling ...

  On four occasions, I called the hotel, twice from hospital, and twice from room. I went downstairs to be told by the desk clerk, I was busy. I was calling from the hospital because they offer a shuttle service. needless to say it is useless if they don't answer the phone !!

  We visited to meet treatment needs at hospitals. The location can not be beaten. Very convenient to Texas Childrens Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Hospital. Facilities were clean and continental breakfast was a great value. Pool is indoors and has an accompanying whirlpool which helps to relax. Fitness facility was poor. Only 3 machines and a tv. However, you can get your aerobic work done nicely. There is good dining all around this location. The facility is a "light rail" train ride away from Reliant Stadium. An excellent choice for games and events like Texans NFL games. Given our circumstances, we will definitely use again.

  I had to cancel my reservations with this hotel. I called them directly because of the location near to my Cancer center. When I canceled, whoever took my cancelation gave me my confirmation number as the cancellation number. When I questioned him about it, he said that that was the cancellation number too. When I went to dispute the charge with my credit card company they said I had nothing to fight with because the numbers were the same. I contacted Best Western directly and they said the same thing. I tried to contact this hotel to speak with them and the manager repeatly refused to return my calls. I will be in Houston again, but I will never book with this hotel again.
