  Good place to stay/ kitchen with all necessary equipment is a major plus for me. Small gym (major requirement for me before booking hotel) was adequate enough. Hotel looks like new or recently renovated - big plus. Hotel felt safe and quiet even though there were lots of hotel guests according to the amount of cars on parking lot in front ot the hotel. Price OK for the value. I will most likely stay there again if decide to travel to Miami.

  I wouldn't call this place a hotel cause it's not Me and My sister notice that the place was also renting rooms buy the month and we did not feel that safe because the three nights that we stayed there we were aproched by men ,First night we were offered sunglasses at 11pm at night ,second night we were offered to go out with them and our last night there this really creepy drunk guy on the elevator that kept complimanting us and the elevator broke down so we had to switch other than that the room was ok you had your kichenett an bathroom also was ok but i wouldn't stay there for a week .Have a nice trip
