Avoid getting a room downstairs, especially near the stairway. The amount of pounding feet heard all night was very disturbing. The toilet ran most of the night and we had to jiggle it several times to get it to stop.

Stayed here off and on for several weeks while waiting to move to area. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room quality depends on which room you are in, but overall very good. Breakfast is basic. Value for the price cannot be beat in the area.

The rooms were large with a powerful A/C. This was a good location for visits to see the sequoias. The beds were average, but the room lacked a coffee maker and clock. There was free juice, coffee and danish offered in the morning in the office. Also, there is one computer inside the office for internet access.
