NEVER SEEN A DIRTIER CARPET IN MY LIFE. TOLD MY HUSBAND NOT TO REMOVE HIS SHOES. USED ONE OF THE BATH TOWELS (if you would call it a towel) AS A MAT FOR THE BATHROOM. ANYTHING TO AVOID STANDING ON THE BARE LINO. BEDSPREAD HAD LOTS OF STAINS, SHEETS APPEARED TO BE FINE BUT THE PILLOWS WERE SOMETHING ELSE - DEAD FLAT. WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED HERE BUT WE WERE LEAD TO BELIEVE FROM 2 OTHER MOTELS AND ONE HOTEL THAT ACCOM. WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND DUE TO DIFFERENT EVENTS TAKING PLACE THIS WEEKEND. IT'S A REAL DIVE AND NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL!!!! CALGARY COUPLE - AUG, 2008

The bed was THE most uncomfortable mattress we've ever encountered. The room was old and the bathroom was tiny and just not very clean. We had a unit that was located in the "newer" section and there were at least 4-5 kids above our unit that were jumping, running in the halls and yelling out the windows way past 11:00 p.m. We finally got dressed and went to the office to request another room. They gave us another room which was just as bad as the first one only no kids above us this time. We actually went to Wal-Mart to buy an egg-crate type top for the bed so we could try to sleep - it was awful. We now refer to this place and the black and blue motel. Fair warning - it's awful.

We booked this room with another couple and there kids for a weekend trip. When we arrived at the Blue and White , the front desk girl was spun out on something....We got our room keys and went to our rooms. On the way to the rooms,(which were in another building) we noticed "different people" out back of the office ...Once in the other building the halls looked as if they have not been cleaned in weeks , well when we opened our room door .....it smelled bad and looked just as bad. The carpet had rather LARGE stains on it and it was just gross. We told the kids not to take their shoes off. We could not stay in this dump. I would rather stay in my vehicle . This place should be condemed. We then went to the office and told the lady , and she did refund our money back . At 9:00 pm at night we began to look for a new place to stay , at least my vehicle was clean . I would never stay here again NEVER . GROSS DISGUSTING MESS OF A HOTEL.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. Most of all, I enjoyed our room. It was the Kenny Rogers room with a lot of gambling kitsch on the inside. There are other rooms with different themes there as well. Give them a call.
