    The front desk was friendly but the rooms were very dirty and poorly arranged. the hot tub didn't work and that was a disappointment. wouldn't stay there again.

    If you are trying to get a great deal on a room and breakfast, this is not the place, because you will need to eat breakfast elsewhere. The cereal was dusty, the bread looked had sat on, and the milk and juice were room temperature. There were no other options. The real problem is there is nowhere else to eat in Monticello, so we had to drive to Cortez to eat breakfast. If you are only looking for a room, they are clean, and the beds are decent.
