I booked this room because it was close to the Houston Design Center and I was traveling for a class I was taking there. The front office placed me in a smoking room without asking. The room was horrible it had cigarette burns on the bedspread. The bathtub was literally being held together by caulk. The door would not lock and I came back from dinner to find that it was wide open, luckily nothing was missing. I skipped the last day of my class just so I would not have to stay another night there. I have stayed in comfort inns in the past and always found them a safe clean place this was totally unsuspected. When I returned home they had charged my card for the stay as well and I had to call and explain that I booked through travel online and had already been charged. They agreed to refund it but it was still a hassel. I don't recomend staying here.

Right next to train tracks with trains blowing horns every 30-60 mins. all night. Not guaranteed wireless internet in your room, despite their advertisement. Hotel staff not able to help with problem. Beds are hard and sheets scratchy. Not easy to get to Galleria area from here.

The location of the hotel is not close to downtown. It runs along train tracks so you are woken every time the train passes. There were 2 spiderwebs in my room in the upper corners, which is not fun.

When I open the door the smell a clean sheets was the first thing I noticed. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Directly off the interstate. Note watch Mapquest directions they are a little off. When back i Houston I will stay here
