    I travel a lot for business and its always nice to come to arrive at a hotel and feel at home. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone, the staff is excellent and very welcoming and the rooms are spotless. They also have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel.

    We travel quite frequently for both business and pleasure, and have stayed at many hotels. The Hampton Inn is by far at the top of our list. The staff is WONDERFUL! So hospitable and will bend over backwards. The front desk girl even made extra cookies for our kids when there wasn't enough for everyone in our family to have one. The rooms are immaculately clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. This hotel is our first choice in Cedar City by far.

    Our stay was horrible. the tub looked like someone had walked around in it with muddy shoes. the towels were like sandpaper. the beds were the worst.

    Complain to the staff, what staff? At least answer the phone, make an appearance, clean, do something. This place was a complete ghost town.

    Then there were the noisy neighbors.

    Oh, what about the "heated pool." Try heated room, cold pool. There was no heat, no hot tub. Talk about a total let down for the kids.

    Then there's the breakfast. The frenchtoast sticks were rock hard. The eggs were sweaty and tasted funky. Can't screw up coffee!

    We stayed for one night during our drive from California to Colorado. The staff very efficient and friendly, even at our 3am check in. Hotel looked brand-new, rooms were clean and well appointed. I would stay there again without thinking twice about it.
